Hannah Muzzey is from Waukesha, Wisconsin and currently resides in Milwaukee. She graduated from Northern Michigan University with a BFA in Art & Design, concentrating in photography. In her last semester of college she fell in love with pottery and wheel throwing. Becoming a member at a ceramic studio in West Allis, Cream City Clay, she has now been consistently creating functional ceramics.

In her work, she explores the nature around her and the individuals around her. Starting in macro photography she has enjoyed photographing many aspects of the world. She also found a passion for exploring alternative and analogue photographic processes such as: film, cyanotype, vandyke brown, and more. Along, with her newfound passion of creating pottery.
